Last Round is training facility like no other. We pride ourselves on a safe progressive training environment that puts an individual touch into group training. Regardless of your current condition Last Round will help guide you reach your goals.
Our mission; To improve your performance, through education, application and innovation.
What that means is we treat you like an educated adult. We provide you with evidence based, real progressive training programs that safely move you forward in your fitness journey. We continue to improve and refine our training approach, so you can be assured none of your precious time is wasted and you are using the most efficient training methods available. Each person who attends Last Round is treated as an individual and although most enjoy training in a group, that does not mean they are all doing the same thing.
CLAIM YOUR FREE CLASS

We use strategic variations of exercises to determine the best way for you to progress, based on your current physical condition. You may not be the fastest or the strongest in the group, but if you are trying your hardest, then there is a place for you here.
Our first priority is your durability. If you become injured whilst training, your progress will slow and often motivation will drop. Therefor our primary concern is to keep you healthy and able to train to your potential. You will receive coaching with great attention to detail, with form always being prioritised.
Don’t confuse this approach with a clinical based rehab program however, when you are ready you will be tested, you will be pushed, and you will reach higher levels than you ever thought imaginable. Without testing and assessment, it is impossible to determine progress. We consistently test, train, re-test, modify the training and repeat. This cycle ensures the program is always geared to get you the best results possible.
Gone are the days of mindless high intensity workouts with no clear intent. Most gym programs offer a one size fits all cookie cutter approach that does not prioritise any area of fitness and seldom results in progress beyond the first couple of months. In truth, nearly any training stimulus will gain some results at the start, as for many, a change in activity is enough to cause an adaptation. The real challenge is to keep those changes happening beyond this initial period. This is where most group training fails to get results.
The answer to this problem lies in clever programming that has clear intent. Training programs need to be progressive and they need to have a point of focus to really make meaningful changes. Like most things in life if you put a lot of effort into a single task you will often do well at that task. However, if you try and do ten things at once you generally won’t be very good at anything.
The Last Round training family is made up of a wide variety of people. From young to old, from national level athletes, to people just trying to lose a few kilograms. The common trait is that everyone of them is supportive of each other. There is no judgement in this place only encouragement, guidance and consistent hard work.


The training can be fun, the training can be hard. Sometimes you will do things you like and sometimes you won’t, but rest assured everything you are doing is in place to make you better. So just like your diet sometimes you get to eat ice cream and sometimes its vegetables. The bottom line is if you are exercising for actual results, rather than just the transient endorphin release at the end of a hard workout, then Last Round is the natural choice for you. If however, you are more interested in mirror bashing or crushing yourself in the gym just because…… Then perhaps you are not ready just yet.
